East Cowes Marina

East Cowes

Marina

3.7

With the exception of a few berths, the marina is dredged to 2m. We've happily moored Clipper round-the-world yachts, Swan 60s and even a Volvo 70. Very deep draught yachts should check clearance at the chain ferry. The marina office, washrooms and laundry are located in the Octagon building, near L and M pontoons and the main access ramp. The office is open 8am to 5pm in the winter, and 8am to 7pm in the summer, extending to 8pm or later during July and August. We have a wide range of tourist and travel information, and can advise on days out and places to eat and more.

120 berths. Visitors are welcome. Electric. Water. Showers. Toilets. Laundry facilities. Supermarket within 5min walk. Chandlery close by. Diesel available. VHF: 80. eMail: berths@eastcowesmarina.co.uk View or edit details in marina.wiki

"East Cowes is a town and civil parish to the north of the Isle of Wight, on the east bank of the River Medina, next to its west bank neighbour Cowes.

The two towns are connected by the Cowes Floating Bridge, a chain ferry operated by the Isle of Wight Council.

East Cowes is the site of Norris Castle, and Osborne House, the former summer residence of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. The Prince had a major influence on the architecture of the area, for example on the building of St Mildred's Church in nearby Whippingham, which features distinctive turrets imitating those found on a German castle."
