{"id":41,"name":"Charter","remember_token":null,"created_at":null,"updated_at":null} Fortunal Charter (Split)
Split, Croatia
Disgraceful and not a serious company. The same issues as the other people. Complete disregard for you as people, as a customer. Not asking for anything special, just what's been agreed. From the other reviews, our boat was ready at least by 8.30pm but we were waiting for stand up paddleboards for 4 hours. After a pre-agreed 2pm early checkin. Cleanliness is a problem, and no curtains in the cabins. Unbelievable. Dave, New Zealand

Split, Croatia
Ugly and disgusting service. I rented Lagun 400 for myself, a child (12 years old) and a wife from July 21 to 28 in Split. The boat was dirty, with a broken fence, without pillows in the cockpit. There are all photos. Boorish attitude of staff. We arrived to take the boat at 14 o'clock, could only get off at 22. Horror. Never again with Fortunal Charter I will not have a charter of affairs and would not recommend it. Sergey.

Athens, Greece
I also used Kiriacoulis and had to wait several hours to get on the boat due to battery issues. Two days later while at sea the engine would not start due to battery issues so I had to sail into the marina with no engine, in good weather this is doable but in bad weather could be unnecessarily dangerous. This is awful maintenance.
{"id":41,"name":"Charter","remember_token":null,"created_at":null,"updated_at":null} Kiriacoulis Sailing (Kalamaki-Alimos )
Athens, Greece
Never ever use this company. They clearly operate a fix on fail policy with regard to maintenance - not ideal on a charter yacht. Many non - working gauges, twisted, heavily salted lines, a broken swim ladder and the piéce de resistance, a sea cock with metal fatigue, opening up a 50mm hole below the water in a F6-7. No apology from Kiriacoulis - just a desperate panic to fix the hole for the following day's charter party. Use at your own risk.
{"id":21,"name":"Marina","remember_token":null,"created_at":null,"updated_at":null} Marina Kremik
Primosten, Croatia
I'we neen there for the past two seasons and have only the good words for it. Marina is in the middle of Adriatic so weather you want to go N or S it's all near by. Supermarkets are near by drive by car 5 min and there you can resuply for reasonable price. Service is available and good. Safety and security is impecable and mostly there is a parking spot available close to your boat. I will be back again.
{"id":41,"name":"Charter","remember_token":null,"created_at":null,"updated_at":null} Croatia Yacht Club (SCT Trogir)
Trogir, Croatia
The crew was great - the company NOT GREAT. No cushions on the boat, skipper and hostess sleeps in the galley so you cannot use the space, luggage everywhere. Times for arrival miscommunicated, not enough drinking glasses on the boat, most of the time you will be on a buoy, and have to pay water taxis. WiFi doesn’t work, no resolution from the company when issues are expressed, just excuses. If you like to stay in hostels, go for it, otherwise STAY AWAY!
{"id":41,"name":"Charter","remember_token":null,"created_at":null,"updated_at":null} Croatia Yacht Club (SCT Trogir)
Trogir, Croatia
This company is unjust, unfair, horrendous and very corrupt. Being a Swedish company, I thought it would be different. I worked for them for 4 weeks as a crew and was paid less than half of the other workers on their first season. The only difference? They were Croatian and I am American. This is discrimination and unequal wages. Additionally, I curated their content for social media for free, when asking them to remove it - they simply blocked me and kept it up! DONT SUPPORT!

Croatia
Generally I've found Croatia lovely and had great charter boats there. Food is average though, and overall it's pretty expensive. At all costs I'd avoid using Kaiser Yachting, dishonest swindling thieves who still owe me thousands after a protracted court battle which I've won twice. Two islands not to miss, Vis and Lastovo.

Greece
After 12 years sailing the Greek Islands I continue to be amazed. Greece isn't going backward, facilities both on and off the water are becoming more welcoming and sophisticated year on year. The hospitality of the Greek people is second to none, along with excellent food and improved wine and beer choices. The islands are abundant with secluded coves of unbelievable clear water. History, culture, charm and sunshine. Greece has it all!
{"id":41,"name":"Charter","remember_token":null,"created_at":null,"updated_at":null} Croatia Yacht Club (SCT Trogir)
Trogir, Croatia
Our trip was a disaster. Through a flurry of emails, our boat was overbooked at the last minute, with the crew then having to sleep in the saloon. That meant their duffles and gear were in the saloon as well. No access to early morning coffee or late night card games....they needed their sleep! Our boat was NOT one of the boats you see on the CYC website. It was subcontracted from another company and was poorly equipped. My complete review is on their facebook page.
